I've hosted a huge range of events - both online (virtually) and in actual shared spaces (before Covid-19). Everything from award ceremonies to science conferences, from music to food festivals, from marathons to literature events. Here are some snaps to give you a flavour...
I've also saved some funny radio moments and love sharing them at talks - explaining why I like them, how I found my way onto the wireless, the glamorous side of being on the road for radio and why I'll never forget Pierce Brosnan.

'Laura, thanks for doing a fantastic job hosting the sell-out Q & A with Mary Berry and Rula Lenska. It was a pleasure working with you and I know our audiences and the artists enjoyed the relaxed and professional approach you brought. I hope that we will be working with you again in the very near future.' Adam, Theatre Arts and Entertainment Manager.
Laura compered our IMDb Awards evening, which is a tricky set up with tight timings. She was cool, calm and collected throughout, running the whole evening with charm and panache. She asked interesting questions and managed to watch the clock and listen to the answers. She was, in short a superb compere.

"Laura and I have crossed paths many times over the years and I have always found her incredibly professional, enthusiastic and a delight to work with. I had no hesitation in booking Laura as the co-host of the Creative Bath Awards which was aired live this year due to the pandemic. The 'live' element of the Virtual Awards didn't phase Laura at all. She was able to deal with a myriad of technical elements effortlessly and even made our audience smile. The Awards went off from start to finish without a hitch and Laura was a bit part of this. I hope we can work together again on future projects."

'Laura has worked with us on several occasions as a presenter each time delivering professionally exactly what our client was looking for. Laura always puts in that extra effort making her a breath of fresh air to work with, often delivering her lines in one take. I would have no hesitation in recommending her - she's a pleasure to work with.' Bob, Director of a video production company.
'We were delighted to welcome Laura Rawlings to host our Awards Ceremony.
Laura was highly professional, and was able to deliver an engaging, entertaining and very smooth Awards Ceremony with very limited preparation time.
A pleasure to work with – and the feedback we received from our sponsors, stakeholders and Industry Professionals in attendance about the event was fantastic - we wouldn’t hesitate to invite Laura back again.' Encounters Film Festival, Bristol
